Supporting Your Pupils. Supporting Your Staff. Supporting Your School.

We know how much schools are carrying right now. With more children experiencing anxiety, low mood and behavioural challenges, alongside increasing expectations from Ofsted, parents and the wider community, the pressure can feel constant.

At the same time, teaching staff are often holding the emotional weight of the classroom as well as delivering day-to-day learning. It’s a lot to balance, and it can sometimes feel like the wellbeing of the whole school community sits with you.

You don’t have to do that alone.

A trusted counselling service for schools

Freeflow’s School Counselling Service works alongside schools to provide professional, compassionate support for both pupils and staff.

Our counsellors and play therapists are:

  • Highly qualified and DBS-checked
  • BACP registered or accredited
  • Safeguarding trained
  • Experienced in working within school environments

Most importantly, they are selected for their ability to connect with children, young people, and staff, creating a safe, trusted space where people feel heard.

What we offer

Support for pupils

A safe and confidential space where children and young people can explore their emotions, build resilience, and feel understood.

Support for staff wellbeing

Confidential support for your team to help reduce stress-related absence, manage workplace challenges, and prevent burnout, supporting both morale and retention.

Clear evidence of impact

We provide outcome reports and measurable insights, helping you demonstrate the strength of your mental health provision during inspections and reviews.

Flexible, cost-effective delivery

Most schools choose a half-day or full-day service each week, allowing for consistent support and better value than ad hoc or hourly provision.

Simple, transparent pricing

Flexible options, tailored to your school and your needs.
