Free service for women and men aged 16 years and over

Dec 2025: We are currently receiving a high volume of enquiries. Please be patient and leave a number clearly so we can return your call.

Appointments are available Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm & Saturdays 9am - 1pm

(Please note that Saturday appointments are limited & are included in our low cost affordable service only )

We have both male and female counsellors plus 3 multi-lingual counsellors
This service is offered in our private therapy rooms in Burnley
Freeflow is a registered charity & voluntary organisation & individual counselling is free.

Although individual sessions are free, we do ask that you make a donation at each session -recommended £1 - £10.00 per session, dependent on income

Couples Counselling

* This is a specialist service which is charged at £40 £45 per hour dependent on time/day
